PRODUCT MINIMUM OPENING ORDER & REORDERS:
ETC requires a $400 min. opening order and $150 minimum on reorders. Butterfly Blue requires a $250 minimum opening order and $100 minimum on reorders.  Owen Barry requires a $350 minimum opening order and $125 minimum on reorders.

PAYMENT POLICY: We accept Visa or MasterCard only. We do not accept terms  at this time nor will we offer COD terms. When placing all opening orders, a valid  credit card is required on file to begin processing each order. We will not  charge your credit card until your order is ready to ship. All orders must be pre-paid  prior to shipping.

SHIPPING AND CHARGES: Orders are processed on a first come, first serve basis.  Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery, unless other wised notified. All orders are shipped via Canpar using their Ground Service at a charge of $9.95 per order. Should you require Express service, please add an additional $20 on top of the $9.95. Europe customers are shipped via Canada Post.

RETURNS: We require in writing, either in the form of an email, or a fax, any claims for defective items. We will not accept a verbal claim. All claims must be made in writing. Should you have made an error in ordering, you will be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus shipping unless there was an error on our part All replacement items must be returned to Jewellery & Co. and must be accompanied with a copy of the original.

CUSTOM BELT BUCKLES: Customers can order their own custom belt buckles, witha minimum order of 50 buckles. A 50% security deposit is required inadvance. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery once artwork is approved and signed off. No returns are accepted on custom buckle orders.

It is unlawful to copy, reproduce, or replicate these original designs in any way. Each company isdedicated to protecting their original artwork and will proceed with legal action against any copyright infringements of any kind. All artwork images, designs, photographs, content, trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names and graphic layout are the property of each company and any use is strictly prohibited by law. You may not download, upload, save, reproduce, transmit, distribute, publish, display, modify, create a portion of our works from, or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the contents of the website, catalogue, or the physical products itself.
