PRODUCT MINIMUM OPENING ORDER & REORDERS

• Canadian Charms requires a $400min. opening order. $150min. on reorders

• ETC requires a $400min. opening order, and can be combined with Canadian Charms orders. $150min. on reorders

• Butterfly Blue requires a $250min. opening order, and can be combined with Quintessential & Peony orders. $100min. on reorders

• Quintessential requires a $250min. and can be combined with Butterfly Blue & Peony orders. $125min. on reorders

• Peony requires a $250min. and can be combined with Quintessential & Butterfly Blue orders. $125min. on reorders

• Owen Barry requires a $350min. opening order and $125min. on reorders

• Tweedmill requires a $200min. opening order and $100min. on reorders

PAYMENT POLICY: We accept Visa or MasterCard only. We do not accept terms at this time nor will we offer COD terms. When placing all opening orders, a valid credit card is required on file to begin processing each order. We will not charge your credit card until your order is ready to ship. All orders must be pre-paid prior to shipping.

SHIPPING AND CHARGES: Orders are processed on a first come, first serve basis. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery, unless other wised notified. All orders are shipped via Canpar using their Ground Service at a standard base charge of $9.95 per order. At the time of shipping should there be additional shipping cost due to additional weight or rural delivery charges, these additional charges will be your responsibility. Should you require an Express service, please add an additional $20 on top of the standard base charge $9.95. Our Europe customers are shipped through our UK distributor, Owen Barry from Somerset, England.

RETURNS: We require in writing, either in the form of an email at info@jewelleryandcompany.com, or by fax at: 905.333.5894 for any claims on defective or broken items. We will not accept a verbal claim. All claims must be made in writing, no exceptions. Should you have made an error in ordering, you will be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus shipping unless there was an error on our part. All replacement items must be returned to Jewellery & Co. and must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice.

CUSTOM PHOTO CHARM: Customers can order their own custom photo charms, with a minimum order of 100 charms per design. A 50% security deposit is required in advance. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery once artwork is approved and signed off. No returns are accepted on custom photo charms orders.

It is unlawful to copy, reproduce, or replicate these original designs in any way. Each company is dedicated to protecting their original artwork and will proceed with legal action against any copyright infringements of any kind. All artwork images, designs, photographs, content, trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names and graphic layout are the property of each company and any use is strictly prohibited by law. You may not download, upload, save, reproduce, transmit, distribute, publish, display, modify, create a portion of our works from, or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the contents of the website, catalogue, or the physical products itself.
